1	Review Review: We review your styling guidelines or reference the latest edition of any fixed standards such as APA, MLA or Turabian.
2	Collate Collate: Combine files and collate any other material to create a single source file to work from.
3	Prepare Prepare: Remove unwanted spaces, breaks, tabs and sections to create clean text ready for formatting.
4	Layout Layout: Set margins, breaks, columns, headers, footers, orientation and page numbering.
5	Structure Structure: Set up title page, copyright, glossary, chapters, headings, appendices, to make structure and navigation clear.
6	Format Format: Style main text, headings levels, lists, numbering and quotations consistently throughout.

7	Tables Tables: Present all table data in a manner that is both clear and consistent with the content.
8	Images Images: Size, crop, straighten, rotate, reshape or wrap images to work best with the text on each page.
9	Captions Captions: Number each figure, table, chart or diagram with the correct label and cross-reference.
10	Contents Contents: Include fully dynamic lists of contents, figures and tables with page numbers as required.
11	Notes Notes: Create or style footnotes or endnotes that link to numbered instances on each page.
12	Referencing Referencing: Format numerical and parenthetical bibliography entries. Please note that syntax editing and re-sequencing is not included in this service.

	From $2.24 USD per page The exact price of your job depends on the length and complexity of your document. We will always need to review your files before we can issue your quotation. A minimum price of $240.00 USD applies. We ask for 50% payment for our designers to start work and the balance once you are entirely happy. All credit and debit card payments are made by PayPal.
	Turnaround in 5 business days The time we need to complete your job will be stated in your quotation. Please allow yourself extra time to review your files and request changes. If you have a tight deadline please ask for our express service. Express jobs are subject to a 30%, 50% or 100% fee depending on the speed required as our staff will often need to work on them outside normal business hours.
	Please include all your guidelines Most universities will provide a pdf or weblink with any formatting instructions. If you are providing a weblink please be sure that it is the correct one for your particular department. If your thesis is to be styled to strict APA or MLA guidelines, this is fine, but please note most universities will have their own overrides for the styling of the front matter so it is important to let us have these. Where guidelines are loose or unclear students may wish to provide us with a pdf of a thesis previously accepted by their university instead.
	This is not an editing service University handbooks will sometimes include a mix of editing instructions and formatting guidelines. Our designers are experts with MS Word and will ensure your thesis absolutely complies with these formatting guidelines. However, we will not be editing the text in any way including citations or the syntax and sequencing of the components (date, author, place etc.) of your references.
	Things to consider for your images A document will always look more professional when figures are styled to match. Where applicable we will offer to restyle these and itemise any additional charges in your quotation. If figures are provided in editable, source format such as Excel or SmartArt they can just be reworked and restyled. If we are asked to work on figures that are only available as images, we can completely rebuild and style these from scratch as editable diagrams, charts or graphs but would require longer to do so.
	You receive a fully editable MS Word document We return to you a standard Word .docx file. This will have been cleanly formatted using proper paragraph styles, is fully editable and complaint with all currently supported versions of Word. Please see our article on document updates for things to keep in mind when making your own updates or edits in future.
	Clear changes policy Receiving your feedback, changes and updates is part of the process. For large documents we will provide a styling sample and update this until you are entirely happy. Once the whole job is completed, you may request a single set of free styling changes. All other changes are charged from $48 USD and include providing new instructions or updating an agreed sample. Your document will be returned as a Word file so any edits you can make to it directly. We will also provide a pdf version for you to add your changes comments.
