Do you take confidentiality seriously?

Yes. We routinely work with unpublished, copyrighted, commercially sensitive, and internal business material. Files are shared only with staff working directly on your project, all of whom are bound by confidentiality agreements. We are happy to exchange NDAs on request. If you have your own NDA, we can usually review and sign it, provided the terms are reasonable for modern digital files and backups. All material you provide and all files we return remain entirely your property. We make no claim to ownership or copyright of your content.

What if I need changes?

Feedback and revisions are a normal part of the process, and we expect them. For larger or more complex projects, we usually begin by producing a short sample or representative section for approval. At this stage, you can request design changes without charge so the styling and structure can be agreed before the full job proceeds.

Once the full work has been completed, we return a review version. This is the best stage to request any remaining adjustments. If anything differs from the approved sample or agreed brief, we will correct it without charge. Other changes are welcome and are subject to a £30 minimum fee. We always aim to handle revisions promptly.

Do you edit my text?

We focus on design and formatting, including applying typographic consistency so documents read cleanly and professionally. This covers consistent headings, spacing, punctuation, and overall presentation. We do not edit wording, citations, grammar, spelling, or references, and we do not proofread or review content for accuracy.

For document formatting services, we return fully editable Microsoft Word files. These are typically intended to be living, working documents that you will update over time, so it makes sense for you to handle ongoing text changes yourself. For services that result in fixed or structured outputs, such as fillable PDF forms or print-ready brochures, it is important that the content you supply is final. Later text changes may require source files to be updated and the final output regenerated, which can add time and cost.
